I have been having this ginger tea for a couple of years and I can tell you that it has greats benefits plus it tastes great. This tea helps with pain relief especially period pain, it helps relieve stomach aches and may help you deal with nausea if you’re pregnant. So this is a must try.
You will need a few ingredients to make this tea but I like to add fruit and mint leaves for flavor if I have them on hand but it’s totally okay if you just have the main 3 ingredients , so you will need:
- Lemon Juice/Fresh lemons
- Mint Leaves(Optional)
- Boil your water with your fruit plus ginger to extract the flavor to the water.
- Cut up your lemons into wedges and place them in your mug.
