Diy Rose Toner

I’m sure you have heard a lot of people talk about toners in their skincare routine and you don’t know what on earth that is or why you need to be using it, so in this post I will be breaking down those questions and showing you a simple way you can make your own Toner at home.

What is a Toner?

A toner is a fast penetrating liquid that helps to hydrate your skin instantly, the result of using a toner is plump and glowy skin. If you love makeup a toner could be used as a primer and base for your makeup.

Should I be using a Toner in my routine?

Yes you should totally use a toner but it’s not a train smash if you’re not, it typically prepares your skin to receive and retain moisture from the moisturizer, so if you invest in a good moisturizer you will still get good results. A toner works best for when my face feels flushed during the day and I want to feel refreshed, it can instantly hydrate your face giving you a fresh glow, it works on those makeup free days. I would recommend that you use it as after your cleanser while your face is still wet or during the day to refresh your face.
