Raw Carrot Salad: Hormone Friendly.

The health advantages of a raw carrot salad. I originally learned about this salad through tiktok, which is said to have health benefits by balancing hormones. This was very intriguing to me and I had to give it a try because I have hormonal imbalances throughout my cycle.

Since I’ve been eating this salad for the past four months, my hormone health has improved. Not only does it help regulate your period, but it also helps control bowel movements, which will help if you frequently get constipation. One of the ways our body releases excess estrogen is through regular stool movements, thus if you don’t have regular movements you are likely to experience hormonal disruptions.

To make this you need:

  • 2 firm carrots.
  • 1 tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar
  • Sea Salt

Method:

  • Peel or shred your carrots into thin slices.
  • Add a dash of Apple Cider Vinegar(ACV)
  • And season with salt.
  • Serve and Enjoy.
