The purpose of this fast is not to lose weight but to draw closer to God, its meant to enhance your spiritual life by eating as `Daniel ate . While it’s not a weight loss plan you still get those benefits if you follow it through for those 21 days, expect to experience less bloating and renewed energy since its a healthy diet.
I have compiled a meal plan to make it easy for you to go through the 21 days, I understand how difficult it is to come up with recipes to eat everyday. This is not a strict follow along plan but a skeleton to at least work with, feel free to adjust it to your liking.
